A clear four-step process removes uncertainty around what to expect, while the option to discuss trauma "to your comfort level, or not at all" is reflected throughout the site's tone — informative without ever feeling clinical or overwhelming.

Transparent pricing, an explainer video, and a focused FAQ section help visitors feel informed and in control before booking, turning a sensitive first step into a simple, manageable one.
